Avatar Copying

Whereas considered more of a tradition than a fad (As it has appeared several times in MFGG's lifespan), avatar copying is, as the name suggests, where more than one member uses the same avatar as another in order to cause an annoyance and/or confusion (Although in some cases it's just for fun, however there will always be members who dislike the idea).

Rather than ordinary avatar fads where the avatar is kept similar, but changed slightly, with avatar copying, the image is kept exactly the same, meaning it can be difficult at first to determine who the person is (Until you view their username or signature, however sometimes the fad has 'stretched' to the signatures too, meaning the users are pretty much identical except from the username, details and badges.

Avatar copying fads usually die down within a couple of days, usually due to the amount of complaints about them. If the situation gets out of hand, a moderator or admin will usually sort out the problem.

A similair Avatar copying was done recently but instead of using a single members avatar, people switch avatars from other members.
