The E-Zest fad was a short fad that took place the night of September 8th, 2006. It started when Fiddy Three created a thread called "The E-Zest way too get a girl to like you". It quickly grew in it's popularity, with at least seven similar topics made from it.
This fad occasionally re-surfaces, with the topic usually being about making sandwiches.
