General joined the MFGG mainsite and forums on August 15th, 2006. He is widely known for his sprites and other artwork on deviantART, although he does not often submit them. He originally joined for the sole purpose of fangaming, but now participates in several activities and events around MFGG, such as Sprite Competitions.

Fangames
When General first joined the MFGG message board, he made several threads that consisted of uncompleted fangames or games that were eventually cancelled. Somewhere around October of 2006, General acquired The Games Factory. This outdated tool gave him more potential as a fangamne developer. As weeks went by, he gradually gained more knowledge of the interface and coding. Near the beggining of June of 2007, General bought The Games Factory 2. With this updated version of his previous game making program, he had more features and options for creating fangames.
He plans on buying Multimedia Fusion 2, simply because TGF2 does not support extensions, a vital element for successful fangames. General has recently signed up for the Community Fangame Project Game as both a spriter and BG artist on the Clickteam side (Mario Bros).
Spriting
General sprites characters and objects from the Mario universe, although he usually just creates scenery backgrounds. A few artists that motivated him to create such artwork were Toodles Team, Josiah and Badassbill. Bacteriophage can be credited for General's current spriting capabilities. Unlike most other spriters that are members of MFGG, General never joined Pixeltendo. General has teamed up with Dex and others for various spriting projects. He also participated in the MFGG SYTYCS sprite tournament.
Character
General's first character was simply a black bandit from the Paper Mario games, which remained that way up until September of 2007. Unlike other sub-species of the Shy Guy, this bandit stole fire flowers.
On September 15th, 2007, General replaced his character with something more original. The name of the new character was Hiryuu, which is japanese for "flying dragon". With the ability to fly and breathe fire at approximately 2,500˚F, this dragon is said to surpass all others. Hiryuu has evolved in appearance over the years from a fierce snake-like dragon to a brutal bi-pedal dragon.
Forum Debates
General is known to debate on a wide spectrum of controversial issues that are typically posted in the General Chat. These include religion, politics, MFGG's well-being, and game related stuff. Although he isn't as skilled as Lightning or Draco Icebane when it comes to arguing, he manages to get his message across.
